How to conduct a waste audit
A waste audit is a hands-on review of the different types of waste your business produces. It can be conducted at a high level, for example reviewing all waste for a building, or at a more detailed level, for example reviewing waste per department or process area.

Now that you’ve completed your waste audit, you’re ready to develop your Waste Action Plan. This will document what you want to achieve, how it will be done, by when, and who is responsible for each part of the plan. It also acts as a reference point to review your progress.
